I am a Belgian visual artist currently studying Fine Arts at LUCA School of Arts. My work focuses on graphic arts and drawing, but I also combine cinematography, script, photography, and different printmaking techniques. This creates a multidisciplinary practice where I explore both technical and conceptual ideas.
My work sits between image and experience, and I often draw from personal as well as societal themes. I work slowly and attentively, using drawing, text, and observation to show what is often overlooked. I’m especially interested in subtle forms of grief, processes of recovery, and silence, which I approach in a quiet and sensitive way.
At the core of my work is a focus on slowing down and paying attention to small details. In a fast-paced world, I try to create space for stillness and reflection. I see vulnerability not as weakness, but as a way of being present and strong, offering an alternative to the constant pressure for speed and visibility.
